सही information भेजें
Correction के लिए page URL, जिस line में समस्या है, सही information और संभव हो तो commission/department का official link भेजें। Tool bug के लिए browser/device, expected result और error का non-sensitive screenshot उपयोगी है। अपनी application, admit card या certificate की unmasked copy न भेजें।
Privacy request के subject में “Privacy request”, correction के लिए “Correction”, और technical problem के लिए “Tool bug” लिखें। इससे message सही review queue में पहचानना आसान होता है।
Advertising और partnership
Jharkhand students के लिए pages और tools free रखने के लिए transparent advertising, relevant course partnership और sponsorship पर बात की जा सकती है। Paid link को sponsored label मिलेगा और वह official government button की तरह design नहीं किया जाएगा। Student से job alert या guide access के लिए fee लेने वाली placement स्वीकार नहीं की जाती।
Partnership email में company name, website, campaign purpose, landing page और disclosure requirement लिखें। Misleading guaranteed selection, fake vacancy, instant government benefit, unverified financial claim या forced ad-click campaign स्वीकार नहीं किया जाता।
Response, scope और सुरक्षित contact
हर message का instant या individual reply guaranteed नहीं है, लेकिन material factual error, unsafe link, privacy issue और reproducible tool bug को priority से review किया जाता है। हम application status, certificate approval, exam selection, scheme payment या department decision access नहीं कर सकते। ऐसे case में acknowledgement और non-sensitive error text लेकर संबंधित official authority के prescribed help channel से संपर्क करें।
Email में OTP, password, UPI PIN, full bank number, Aadhaar image, unmasked certificate या login session कभी न भेजें। Correction verify करने के लिए public official URL और page quote पर्याप्त होने चाहिए। Security concern report करते समय exploit को public post न करें; affected URL, browser और minimal reproduction लिखें। Unsolicited bulk promotion, deceptive backlink offer या personal-data list का जवाब नहीं दिया जाता।
