Application status और card details सही तरह check करें
Aahar Jharkhand की current homepage ration-card registration, already-registered login, cardholder login और Check Application Status के अलग links दिखाती है। नया application और existing card search एक ही चीज नहीं हैं। आपने हाल में request submit की है तो acknowledgement/reference वाला status flow चुनें; पहले से जारी ration card की public detail के लिए ration-card detail/search menu देखें।
Status screen पर वही acknowledgement, ration-card या family detail भरें जो official page माँगे। Full Aadhaar, OTP, password या bank detail किसी व्यक्ति को phone/WhatsApp पर न दें। Portal दूसरे official subdomain—जैसे JSFSS या PDS—पर link खोल सकता है; वह link Aahar homepage से शुरू करें और domain spelling ध्यान से देखें। Random search ad या APK download से application न करें।
Pending, returned, rejected, approved या card generated जैसा result आए तो visible remark और date पढ़ें। Application status benefit entitlement या उस महीने अनाज उठाव की guarantee नहीं है। Member, dealer, category, allocation और transaction information अलग reports में हो सकती है। Correction चाहिए तो request type और current self-declaration/document rule official portal से लें।
Dealer, allocation और grievance information समझें
Official portal ration-card details के साथ dealer information, allocation reports, stock/report sections और grievance links भी दिखाता है। Dealer name या allocation देखने के लिए district, block और FPS जैसी filters सही चुनें। Monthly allocation, entitlement और actual transaction अलग data points हैं; एक report देखकर payment, eligibility या distribution dispute का final decision न लें।
गलत member detail, dealer mapping, mobile number या other ERCMS request के लिए portal current process और self-declaration format दिखा सकता है। केवल latest official form use करें और acknowledgement save करें। Grievance दर्ज करते समय issue का date, FPS/dealer detail और receipt उपलब्ध हो तो रखें, लेकिन public social media पर ration-card number या family data पोस्ट न करें।
