Teacher vacancies regular, contractual या project-based हो सकती हैं। Recruiting authority पहचानना पहला कदम है—viral poster को notification न मानें।
Teacher vacancy की authority पहचानें
Jharkhand में teacher शब्द के अंतर्गत assistant teacher, trained teacher, subject teacher, special educator, project staff और contractual पद जैसे अलग अवसर आ सकते हैं। इनकी recruiting authority भी JSSC, JPSC, JEPC या संबंधित शिक्षा विभाग हो सकती है। इसलिए केवल post title देखकर पुरानी eligibility लागू न करें। Advertisement number, employer, appointment type, district या state cadre और service conditions पहले पढ़ें।
Regular और contractual recruitment में salary, tenure, reservation और selection process अलग हो सकते हैं। Subject-wise vacancies की table में अपनी academic qualification का exact subject combination जाँचें। Graduation, post-graduation, B.Ed, D.El.Ed, TET या experience की शर्त किस तारीख तक पूरी होनी चाहिए, यह notification बताएगा। Appearing candidate को eligible मानने से पहले स्पष्ट clause पढ़ें; अनुमान के आधार पर fee जमा न करें।
Documents और application सावधानी
Academic marksheets, training certificate, TET certificate, caste, residence और experience documents में नाम तथा जन्मतिथि एक जैसी होनी चाहिए। अगर spelling अलग है तो notification में स्वीकार correction या affidavit process देखें। Photo और signature निर्धारित size में रखें तथा form preview में subject, category, gender और qualification ध्यान से जाँचें। Final submission के बाद application number, payment receipt और पूरा form PDF सुरक्षित करें।
Shortlisting, written exam, document verification और interview में से कौन-से stages लागू हैं, यह उसी recruitment notice से तय होगा। Syllabus या exam pattern पुराने teacher exam से अलग हो सकता है। JEPC recruitment page पर application खोजने की सुविधा दिखे तो केवल अपनी credentials इस्तेमाल करें। नौकरी दिलाने की guarantee, personal payment या WhatsApp पर certificate भेजने की माँग स्वीकार न करें। Help के लिए advertisement में दिया official contact चुनें।
District preference, subject code और medium जैसे fields भरते समय dropdown को जल्दी में न चुनें। एक बार final submit होने के बाद correction window मिले यह जरूरी नहीं है। Reservation claim करने वालों को certificate का prescribed format और issue date भी देखनी चाहिए। Document verification के दिन original और self-attested copies किस क्रम में चाहिए, यह call letter से तय करें। अनुपस्थित रहने या अधूरा record ले जाने के परिणाम भी notice में पढ़ें।
Application की अंतिम तारीख से पहले form पूरा करें। आखिरी दिन server धीमा हो तो अधूरा registration या failed payment सुधारने का समय नहीं बचेगा।
