Online form में सही qualification होने के बाद भी photo, signature या document file गलत होने से upload रुक सकता है, preview खराब दिख सकता है या verification के समय समस्या आ सकती है। Jharkhand की recruitment, scholarship, board और certificate services एक जैसी file limit नहीं रखतीं। इसलिए किसी एक “universal 20 KB photo” या “हर form के लिए 200 KB” rule पर भरोसा करना ठीक नहीं है। यह guide आपको official notice से requirement निकालने, files को साफ तरीके से तैयार करने, upload preview जाँचने और acknowledgement सुरक्षित रखने का पूरा workflow देती है।

सबसे जरूरी rule: Current advertisement, session notice या official application screen में दिया format, dimensions, file size, background, page count और document list ही final है। इस guide के numbers केवल उदाहरण हैं, universal limits नहीं।

पहले requirement sheet बनाएँ—editing बाद में करें

Form खोलते ही upload शुरू न करें। Official notification या application instruction में photo, signature, thumb impression, certificate, marksheet, identity proof और category document के सामने format तथा size लिखें। एक छोटा note बनाएँ: “Photo—JPG/JPEG—minimum/maximum KB—dimensions”, “Signature—JPG/JPEG—KB—background”, “Documents—PDF/JPEG—maximum size—pages”। जहाँ dimension नहीं लिखी हो वहाँ अपनी तरफ से कोई fixed pixel rule न मानें।

Recruitment का पूरा नाम, advertisement number, session और cut-off date note में रखें। Search result में पुराने application instructions ऊपर आ सकते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए, एक archived JPSC application page photo को 15–25 KB और signature को 10–15 KB JPG/JPEG बताती है; यह उस application का rule है, हर नए JPSC या JSSC form का नहीं। Current form में अलग range हो तो current official instruction ही मानें।

एक साफ folder structure गलत upload से बचाता है

Device पर exam या service के नाम से अलग folder बनाएँ। उसके अंदर 01-originals, 02-ready-to-upload और 03-submitted-proof जैसे तीन folders रख सकते हैं। Original camera scans को पहले folder में untouched रखें। Resize, crop या converted files दूसरे folder में जाएँ। Final submitted form, fee receipt और acknowledgement तीसरे folder में रखें।

Filename छोटा और पहचानने योग्य रखें—जैसे candidate-photo.jpg, signature.jpg, class10-marksheet.pdf। Aadhaar number, पूरा bank account या password filename में न लिखें। एक ही नाम की पाँच files जैसे IMG_1234 और final-final2 upload के समय confusion पैदा करती हैं। अगर portal केवल Latin letters स्वीकार करे तो simple English filenames उपयोग करें।

Passport-style photo कैसे तैयार करें

Recent colour photo के लिए साफ, evenly lit और plain light background उपयोग करें, जब तक notice कुछ और न कहे। Face centre में हो, image blur न हो और harsh shadow या filter न लगा हो। JPSC के एक official application instruction में light-coloured, preferably white background, clear eyes और face visibility पर जोर दिया गया है; लेकिन crop, dimensions और KB limit current application से ही लें।

पहले original को crop करें, फिर resize/compress करें। बार-बार WhatsApp forward हुई image से शुरू करने पर detail पहले ही खराब हो सकती है। हमारे free Photo Resizer में target KB और maximum width चुन सकते हैं। Result download होने के बाद displayed KB और pixels देखें, फिर image को 100% zoom पर खोलकर आँखें, hair outline और background जाँचें। Tool browser में image process करता है; selected photo jharkhand.fun server पर upload नहीं होती।

Signature file में readability सबसे महत्वपूर्ण है

सफेद, बिना line वाले paper पर black या blue pen से वही running signature करें जो verification में दोबारा कर सकें। बहुत पतली या हल्की line scan के बाद गायब हो सकती है। Photo लेते समय camera paper के parallel रखें, shadow से बचें और signature के चारों ओर केवल थोड़ी whitespace छोड़कर crop करें। पूरा A4 page signature image के रूप में upload करने पर actual sign बहुत छोटा दिखेगा।

Signature को photo से अलग file रखें और दोनों की limits अलग-अलग भरें। Background pure white होना जरूरी बताया गया हो तो yellow room light या grey scan ठीक करें, पर signature strokes को कृत्रिम रूप से बदलें नहीं। हमारा private Signature Resizer white space auto-crop, padding, ink preview और target-KB JPG बनाने में मदद करता है। Resize के बाद black/blue line टूट रही हो, blocky दिखे या preview में फैल रही हो तो higher-quality original से फिर बनाएं। किसी और व्यक्ति की signature image उपयोग न करें।

Marksheet और certificate scans readable कैसे रखें

Document scan में चारों corners, holder name, roll/registration number, issuing authority, date, marks और seal/QR जैसी जरूरी detail साफ दिखनी चाहिए। Camera scan हो तो page flat रखें, reflection और finger हटाएँ। Colour document को black-and-white करने से stamp या security feature गायब हो सकता है; केवल size घटाने के लिए readability sacrifice न करें।

Front और back दोनों माँगे गए हों तो दोनों upload करें। Multi-page document में page order वही रखें जो original में है। किसी certificate की spelling या date गलत हो तो PDF editor से official record बदलना correction नहीं है—issuing authority का prescribed correction process उपयोग करें। Digitally signed PDF को image में बदलकर वापस PDF बनाने से signature verification और selectable text खो सकते हैं; original signed copy हमेशा अलग रखें।

Images को एक ordered PDF में कैसे बदलें

Portal एक PDF माँगे और आपके documents JPG/PNG में हों तो पहले हर image की orientation तथा order जाँचें। JPG to PDF tool में multiple images जोड़कर drag/arrow से क्रम बदलें, rotate करें और A4 या image-fit page चुनें। छोटे text और stamps के लिए high quality useful है; upload limit कम हो तो balanced setting से शुरू करें और final PDF zoom करके पढ़ें।

एक ही PDF में unrelated documents तभी जोड़ें जब instruction ऐसा कहे। “All certificates in one PDF” लिखा हो तो prescribed order देखें; अलग upload fields हों तो एक combined file बनाना गलत हो सकता है। PDF बन जाने के बाद first, middle और last page खोलें। Page cut, upside-down scan, duplicate page और blank page submit से पहले पकड़ना आसान है।

PDF pages को JPG कब बनाएँ—और कब नहीं

Application field केवल JPG/JPEG स्वीकार करे और source ordinary PDF scan हो तो PDF to JPG tool से pages की images बनाई जा सकती हैं। Resolution और quality बदलकर output preview देखें। Multi-page PDF से कई JPG निकलें तो सही page चुनें; portal एक image field में पूरा multi-page document स्वीकार नहीं करेगा जब तक उसकी instruction ऐसा न कहे।

Digitally signed certificate, searchable marksheet या QR-verifiable official PDF के लिए original PDF सुरक्षित रखें। Image conversion उसकी visual copy देता है, digital-signature validation नहीं। Portal PDF स्वीकार करता हो तो केवल size या habit के कारण उसे JPG में बदलना जरूरी नहीं। Converted image का filename और page number स्पष्ट रखें ताकि wrong page upload न हो।

PDF Editor का सही और गलत उपयोग

Free PDF Editor pages merge, reorder, rotate या delete करने और text, highlight, drawing, signature या image overlay जोड़ने में मदद करता है। Existing text के ऊपर cover-and-add replacement visual edit है; underlying content हमेशा permanently remove नहीं होता। इसलिए confidential information की secure redaction के लिए इसे audited redaction tool न समझें।

Self-declaration, अपने cover page या permitted annotation में text/signature जोड़ना उपयोगी हो सकता है। लेकिन government-issued certificate, marksheet, result, caste/income certificate या signed notice की content बदलना वैध correction नहीं है। Edited PDF download करने के बाद text position, Hindi font, page order और signature placement दोबारा खोलकर देखें। Password-protected या digitally signed file edit करने से protection/signature प्रभावित हो सकती है।

File size कम करते समय यह तीन checks करें

  1. Limit: File current official minimum/maximum range में है या नहीं। केवल maximum से कम होना पर्याप्त नहीं, अगर minimum भी दिया हो।
  2. Dimensions: Pixels, aspect ratio या physical size notice में दिया हो तो वही match करें। KB और pixels अलग measurements हैं।
  3. Readability: Zoom करके name, number, face, signature strokes, seal और QR स्पष्ट हैं या नहीं।

Compression के बाद filename extension देखकर format assume न करें। केवल .png को rename करके .jpg करने से actual format नहीं बदलता। Trusted export/conversion use करें। Portal “invalid image” कहे तो file type, colour mode, dimensions, size और filename characters जाँचें; repeated upload से पहले official instruction फिर पढ़ें।

Upload preview final proof नहीं—लेकिन जरूरी checkpoint है

हर file upload करने के बाद preview या filename label देखें। Photo field में signature और signature field में photo लग जाना common human error है। Thumbnail cropped दिखे तो यह browser preview हो सकता है, फिर भी final review page पर file खोलने का option हो तो उपयोग करें। Uploaded filename, size और document category मिलाएँ।

Form submit करने से पहले name, date of birth, parent name, category, qualification, marks, address और uploaded files को original records से line by line मिलाएँ। JPSC की official application guidance भी final submit से पहले entries ध्यान से review करने को कहती है और बताती है कि submission के बाद change उपलब्ध न भी हो। इसलिए preview PDF या application summary save करना केवल convenience नहीं, dispute में useful record है।

Payment और final submission के बाद क्या save करें

Payment केवल official application flow से करें। Success screen आने पर transaction/reference ID, amount, date और status save करें। Bank debit और portal status अलग दिखें तो तुरंत duplicate payment न करें; current helpdesk/payment instruction पढ़ें। Final submission के बाद application number, submitted form, acknowledgement, fee receipt और uploaded-files summary को 03-submitted-proof folder में रखें।

Email/SMS आने की प्रतीक्षा करते हुए browser window बंद करने से पहले portal पर application status जाँचें। “Saved draft”, “payment complete” और “finally submitted” अलग stages हो सकते हैं। Receipt पर नाम, advertisement/session और amount match करें। Public computer पर logout करें, downloads हटाएँ और browser-saved password स्वीकार न करें।

Identity documents और OTP की privacy

Documents केवल verified official portal पर upload करें। National Cyber Crime awareness material unknown person या organisation को identity-proof copies देने से सावधान करता है और OTP, PIN तथा banking password share न करने को कहता है। Agent, screen-sharing call, Telegram account या random form को full Aadhaar/PAN, OTP या payment credential न भेजें। Search ad में दिखा logo official domain होने का proof नहीं है।

UIDAI की online document guidance भी service-specific formats और size बताती है—कुछ flows PDF/JPEG/PNG या multi-page documents स्वीकार कर सकते हैं। इससे एक practical lesson मिलता है: portal field की current instruction पढ़ें; किसी दूसरे form का format copy न करें। Shared device पर locally generated files हटाएँ। jharkhand.fun tools selected photo/PDF को site server पर नहीं भेजते, पर downloaded output आपके device पर रहता है और उसकी सुरक्षा आपकी जिम्मेदारी है।

10-minute final checklist

  • Official domain, recruitment/service name, advertisement/session और deadline match हैं।
  • हर upload field की file type, KB range, dimensions और page-count rule note किया है।
  • Photo recent, clear और current background/crop rule के अनुसार है।
  • Signature readable है और वही applicant का repeatable signature है।
  • Documents complete, correct order में और zoom पर readable हैं।
  • Digitally signed original PDF अलग सुरक्षित है; official record को locally alter नहीं किया।
  • Preview में सही file सही field में दिखती है।
  • Name, DOB, category, marks और contact details records से match हैं।
  • Payment/reference और final acknowledgement save हैं।
  • OTP, password, UPI PIN या full identity file किसी unverified person को नहीं भेजी।

अक्सर पूछे सवाल

क्या JSSC या JPSC photo के लिए हमेशा एक ही KB limit रहती है?

नहीं मानें। Post, advertisement और application system के अनुसार rule बदल सकता है। Current official notice और upload screen की exact range final है।

क्या file extension rename करने से PNG, JPG बन जाएगी?

नहीं। Proper image export या conversion चाहिए। केवल filename बदलने पर portal invalid file बता सकता है।

क्या edited certificate upload कर सकते हैं?

Government-issued record में गलत detail हो तो issuing authority से official correction लें। Local visual edit authenticity या official record नहीं बदलता।

Tool में file चुनने पर क्या वह jharkhand.fun server पर जाती है?

Portal file accept कर ले तो क्या quality सही मानी जाए?
