Signature image सही तरीके से कैसे बनाएँ
सफेद, बिना line वाले paper पर black या blue pen से वही running signature करें जिसे examination या verification के समय दोबारा कर सकें। Camera paper के parallel रखें और image पर हाथ की shadow, glare, fold या आसपास का text न आने दें। बहुत दूर से पूरे A4 page की photo लेने पर actual signature छोटा रह जाता है; tool का Auto-trim whitespace हटाकर ink के आसपास practical crop बनाता है। फिर भी result में signature का पहला या आखिरी stroke कट रहा हो तो larger padding चुनें या auto-trim बंद करके original crop से दोबारा शुरू करें।
Target KB, maximum width और format हर recruitment में समान नहीं होते। Current advertisement/application screen पहले पढ़ें। 10 KB, 20 KB या 50 KB options सुविधा के लिए हैं, universal rule नहीं। Tool JPG output बनाता है; portal PNG या अलग dimensions माँगे तो उसी requirement के अनुसार file तैयार करें। केवल filename extension बदलकर PNG को JPG बनाना सही conversion नहीं है।
Original colour mode blue या black ink का natural colour रखता है। Dark ink हल्की strokes को stronger कर सकता है, जबकि Black & white copy colour हटाकर monochrome result बनाता है। किसी mode में thin stroke टूटे या name-like mark बदलता दिखे तो original colour चुनें। Enhancement readability के लिए है, signature design बदलने के लिए नहीं।
Auto-crop और padding को कैसे जाँचें
Auto-trim background के मुकाबले darker pixels खोजकर bounding box बनाता है। साफ सफेद paper पर यह सबसे अच्छा काम करता है। Ruled paper, printed text, strong shadow या patterned surface को tool ink समझ सकता है और crop बड़ा रह सकता है। ऐसे case में पहले camera/gallery editor से rough crop करें, फिर tool में process करें। बहुत faint signature पहचान में न आए तो dark ink mode try करने से पहले original image में contrast सुधारें।
Padding ink और image edge के बीच खाली जगह रखती है। Tight option compact file देता है, Standard सामान्य form preview के लिए अच्छा starting point है और More space तब उपयोगी है जब portal thumbnail signature के किनारे काटता दिखे। Downloaded JPG खोलकर चारों sides देखें; किसी stroke को image boundary touch नहीं करना चाहिए। Maximum width image की upper pixel limit है—tool छोटी source image को अनावश्यक रूप से upscale नहीं करता।
Final dimensions और KB result card पर दिखते हैं। JPEG compression exact byte पर हमेशा नहीं रुकती, इसलिए output target से थोड़ा कम हो सकता है। Readability और current range दोनों देखें। Minimum KB दिया हो और output उससे छोटा हो तो higher target/width चुनें या official instructions के अनुसार source resolution बढ़ाएँ; artificial noise जोड़कर file size बढ़ाना सही तरीका नहीं है।
Privacy और upload safety
Selected image Canvas API से इसी browser में पढ़ी जाती है। Tool signature को jharkhand.fun server पर upload नहीं करता, account नहीं बनाता और cloud copy नहीं रखता। Downloaded JPG आपके device के Downloads folder में रहती है। Shared computer या cyber café में काम हो तो file copy लेने के बाद input reset करें, downloaded file हटाएँ और official portal से logout करें।
Signature एक sensitive identity element है। इसे WhatsApp group, unknown agent, screen-sharing call या random compression website पर न भेजें। Official form का domain homepage/notice से खोलें और preview में confirm करें कि signature सही applicant की है। OTP, password या payment PIN किसी व्यक्ति को न दें। Tool कोई application submit नहीं करता और generated image approval की guarantee नहीं है।
Photo और signature की fields पास-पास हों तो filenames साफ रखें: candidate-photo.jpg और candidate-signature.jpg जैसे नाम गलत upload की संभावना घटाते हैं। Final submit से पहले दोनों thumbnails, applicant name और declaration देखें। Submission के बाद application PDF/acknowledgement save करें; अगर signature preview blank या distorted हो तो deadline से पहले official correction/helpdesk route देखें।
Common signature upload errors
“Invalid image” message में actual file format, KB range, pixel dimensions और filename characters जाँचें। “Too large” आए तो lower target या smaller maximum width चुनें। “Too small” आए तो higher width/target और बेहतर-resolution original उपयोग करें। Transparent PNG JPG बनते समय white background पर flatten होती है, इसलिए final preview में white background दिखाई देना सामान्य है।
Portal preview में signature stretched दिखे तो official aspect-ratio/dimension requirement खोजें। यह tool aspect ratio preserve करता है; portal fixed box में thumbnail fit कर सकता है। Downloaded file सही दिखती हो लेकिन portal crop करे तो उसके prescribed width-height के अनुसार source crop बदलें। Handwritten signature को typeface, digital font या किसी और image से replace न करें।
