Checklist को official notice के साथ कैसे use करें
पहले current advertisement, scholarship guideline या certificate service page खोलें और उसका नाम, session तथा last date मिलाएँ। फिर सबसे नजदीकी template चुनें। दी गई items common preparation prompts हैं, हर application की final list नहीं। Official notice में कोई अलग certificate, prescribed format, validity period, issuing authority या file-size rule हो तो उसे custom item के रूप में जोड़ें और वही rule follow करें।
हर item के सामने tick केवल तब लगाएँ जब document readable, current और आपके record से consistent हो। Name, date of birth, parent name और category की spelling अलग-अलग records में मिलाएँ। Photo, signature और scans को सही filename दें ताकि upload के समय गलत file न चुने। Payment receipt और final submitted form को application के बाद checklist में पूरा करें।
Privacy, saving और verification
यह tool documents या identity numbers नहीं माँगता। केवल template choice, tick status और आपके लिखे custom item labels browser local storage में रहते हैं ताकि उसी device पर checklist दोबारा खुल सके। Shared device पर sensitive number को custom item में न लिखें; काम पूरा होने पर Reset current list दबाकर saved state हटाएँ। Browser data clear करने पर progress भी मिट सकती है।
Copy checklist से plain-text list clipboard पर जाती है और Print / Save PDF browser का print dialog खोलता है। Saved या printed checklist proof of eligibility, document verification या government acknowledgement नहीं है। Form submit करने से पहले official portal preview, declaration, fee, uploaded files और acknowledgement number खुद जाँचें।

Progress कहाँ save होती है?

Shared computer पर checklist कैसे हटाएँ?
