Text, signature और pages edit करने का तरीका
एक या अधिक PDF चुनने पर हर page की list दिखाई देती है। Arrow buttons या drag से order बदलें, rotate button से orientation ठीक करें और जरूरत न हो तो page delete करें। किसी page का Edit button खोलकर Text, Replace, Highlight, Shape, Draw/Sign या Image tool चुनें। Select tool से item move, resize, duplicate या layer के आगे-पीछे करें। Apply to all pages selected text/image/sign को उसी relative position पर बाकी pages में copy करता है; Add page numbers हर page के bottom पर क्रम जोड़ता है।
Existing text के लिए Replace visual cover-and-add method उपयोग करता है: पुराने text के ऊपर background box और नया text रखा जाता है। यह scanned document की OCR rewriting या secure redaction नहीं है। Font, size, colour, background और opacity को आसपास के document से मिलाएँ। Hindi text का final rendering download के बाद खोलकर जरूर देखें, क्योंकि embedded font और browser support के कारण appearance बदल सकता है।
Download से पहले quality और security check
Edited PDF download करने के बाद शुरुआत, बीच और आखिरी page खोलें। Page count, rotation, signature position, highlight और image quality जाँचें। Interactive form fields, bookmarks, existing digital signatures, scripts या encryption edit के दौरान preserve नहीं भी हो सकते। Signed government PDF को modify करने से signature invalid हो सकती है; ऐसी file की untouched original copy अलग रखें।
PDF और annotations आपके browser में process होते हैं; tool उन्हें jharkhand.fun server पर upload नहीं करता। Password-protected PDF supported नहीं है। Confidential information permanently हटाने के लिए white rectangle या Replace पर्याप्त नहीं, क्योंकि underlying content रह सकता है। True redaction के लिए audited redaction software और organisation की security policy follow करें।
