Jharkhand social-security pension apply और status कैसे देखें
Old-age, widow और disability pension की eligibility तथा supporting proof अलग हो सकते हैं। अपनी pension category मिलाकर केवल official JharSewa service पर apply या status track करें।
पहले सही pension category और eligibility मिलाएँ
JharSewa के Social Security Pension section में old-age, widow और disability pension services दिखाई जाती हैं। उम्र, marital status, disability, residence, income या BPL condition हर category में समान नहीं होती। इसलिए केवल “pension” देखकर form शुरू न करें। Current service screen, department instruction और लागू scheme rule में applicant category, minimum age, income condition तथा exclusion पहले पढ़ें।
Official service-detail page इसे citizen के लिए statutory service बताती है, registration required दिखाती है और individual application स्वीकार करती है। इसका अर्थ automatic eligibility या payment approval नहीं है। Submitted facts और documents की verification होती है। किसी दूसरे applicant की approval screenshot, पुराने camp notice या agent की बात को अपनी eligibility का final proof न मानें।
Old-age applicant disability proof नहीं देगा और widow applicant के लिए husband death proof relevant हो सकता है; disability pension में authorised hospital का disability record जरूरी हो सकता है। Official enclosure table कई categories का combined list दिखाती है। हर listed document हर applicant पर लागू है—ऐसा assume न करें। चुनी हुई pension category के field और current instructions final हैं।
Documents तैयार करते समय category-wise जाँच
Current JharSewa listing Aadhaar, residence certificate, identity proof, age proof, income या BPL certificate और bank/post-office passbook जैसी enclosure categories दिखाती है। Identity options में voter ID, driving licence, PAN, passport या other supporting document और age proof में tenth certificate, birth certificate, voter ID तथा अन्य accepted records दिखाई दे सकते हैं। Portal जिस field में जो विकल्प दे, उसी का readable document लगाएँ।
Widow pension applicant से husband का death certificate और disability pension applicant से hospital का disability certificate माँगा जा सकता है। Caste certificate भी listing में दिखाई देता है, लेकिन applicability selected category और current screen से तय करें। Name, date of birth, address, spouse/guardian detail और category अलग records में consistent रखें; mismatch हो तो form submit करने से पहले issuing record का prescribed correction route पता करें।
Passbook scan में account holder name, bank या post-office name, account number और IFSC जैसी payment details readable होनी चाहिए, लेकिन इन्हें WhatsApp group या public post में share न करें। Application page पर bank detail दो बार मिलाएँ। किसी agent के personal account में “verification amount” न भेजें, OTP या ATM PIN न बताएँ और approval के नाम पर remote-access app install न करें।
Online या kiosk application सुरक्षित तरीके से submit करें
Official listing online और kiosk दोनों submission modes तथा registration required दिखाती है। Online apply करते समय jharsewa.jharkhand.gov.in hostname देखें, अपना mobile/email रखें और password स्वयं बनाएँ। Kiosk या Pragya Kendra पर operator ने जो pension category, name, जन्मतिथि, address, bank detail और document label भरा है उसे final submit से पहले screen या print preview में पढ़ें।
Upload scan पूरा, सीधा और readable हो। कटे हुए certificate number, blurred passbook, उलटा page या गलत applicant का document objection ला सकता है। हमारे photo और PDF tools केवल file preparation के लिए हैं; age, disability percentage, death record, income, bank account या authority text बदलना valid use नहीं है। Digitally signed source PDF को edit या rasterise करने से verification टूट सकती है।
Submit के बाद application/reference number, selected pension category, date, office और acknowledgement सुरक्षित रखें। Official receipt के बिना cash/payment claim पर भरोसा न करें। Duplicate application बनाने से पहले existing application का status और remark देखें। यदि camp या kiosk ने application किया है तो acknowledgement पर आपका mobile तथा category सही है या नहीं, उसी समय verify करें।
Status, objection और payment के बारे में सही expectation
JharSewa homepage के Citizen Section में Track Application Status Report या registered login के View Status of Application option से progress देखी जा सकती है। Reference number acknowledgement से copy करें और submitted, verification, objection, rejected या delivered जैसे label के साथ remark, action date तथा office पढ़ें। jharkhand.fun पर कोई reference number भरने की जरूरत नहीं है और हमारे पास application database access नहीं है।
Official service detail 21 days दिखाती है और government holidays को उस period से बाहर बताती है। इसे pension approval, first payment या हर case की fixed deadline न समझें। Document verification, objection response, eligibility decision, sanction workflow और bank validation से actual time बदल सकता है। Delay हो तो acknowledgement तथा current status लेकर official office या portal help channel से पूछें।
Application approved या service deliverable मिलना bank account में instalment credit होने के समान नहीं है। Payment cycle, sanction order, beneficiary record और bank failure अलग workflow हो सकते हैं। Payment न आए तो किसी व्यक्ति को OTP/PIN देकर “account activate” न कराएँ; official pension authority, bank और JharSewa status से record मिलाएँ। Rejection हो तो reason पढ़कर prescribed appeal या fresh-application instruction ही follow करें।
