Residence, domicile और Local Resident service सही पहचानें
Jharkhand के official JharSewa portal पर service का नाम “Local Resident Certificate” दिखाई देता है। लोग search में residence certificate या domicile certificate भी लिखते हैं, लेकिन application में वही official service और authority चुनें जो आपके job, admission, scholarship या scheme notice में माँगी गई है। केवल मिलते-जुलते नाम के कारण किसी दूसरे state, central form या पुराने certificate format को सही न मानें।
JharSewa पर Circle Officer और कुछ area/authority conditions वाली अलग local-resident service listings मिल सकती हैं। ऊपर का verified button current “Local Resident Certificate by Circle Officer” detail खोलता है। दूसरी listing Sub-Divisional Officer, ULB/RLB area या पहले जारी CO certificate जैसी अलग requirement दिखा सकती है। Applicant का area और receiving notice तय करेंगे कि कौन-सा route उपयुक्त है; पहला search result चुनना पर्याप्त नहीं है।
Official hostname jharsewa.jharkhand.gov.in जाँचें। JharSewa homepage certificate services में Issue of Local Resident Certificate दिखाता है और application tracking का official flow देता है। “Instant domicile”, APK install, remote-screen sharing, personal UPI या WhatsApp पर Aadhaar/OTP माँगने वाला व्यक्ति official approval authority नहीं है। jharkhand.fun application लेता, status database खोलता या certificate issue नहीं करता।
Current documents और applicant details कैसे तैयार करें
Selected Circle Officer service की current enclosure table residential proof में ration card, voter card, electricity bill, telephone bill, passport या other supporting document जैसे options दिखाती है। Self declaration, letter of pledge, local-resident claim का evidence और justified Tatkal document भी अलग categories के रूप में दिखाई दे सकते हैं। इसका अर्थ यह नहीं कि हर applicant को हर listed option upload करना है; portal की selected service, field label और current instructions अंतिम हैं।
Applicant name, parent/guardian name, village या town, post office, police station, block/circle और district को supporting records से एक जैसा भरें। Address का केवल convenient रूप चुनने, दूसरे परिवार का bill लगाने या किसी पुरानी PDF में नाम बदलने से local-resident claim valid नहीं बनता। Minor applicant हो तो parent/self-declaration का current format, relationship और signature requirement screen या office से जाँचें।
हर file पूरी, सीधी और readable रखें। Address, holder name, document number, issue authority और relevant date crop या blur नहीं होने चाहिए। Upload से पहले current file type, maximum size और page limit पढ़ें। हमारा PDF editor/compressor scan तैयार करने में मदद कर सकता है, लेकिन original digitally signed certificate, QR, applicant detail या authority text बदलने के लिए नहीं है। Sensitive documents केवल official application screen पर upload करें।
Apply, acknowledgement और application status का सुरक्षित flow
Official service detail से available apply flow खोलें। Current listing online और kiosk submission modes दिखाती है तथा registration required बताती है। Online form में अपने mobile/email और credentials रखें; kiosk पर operator द्वारा भरा name, address, selected authority, supporting-document label और mobile number submit से पहले preview करें। OTP स्वयं भरें और login password किसी agent को न दें।
Submit होने के बाद application/reference number, service name, applied date, office और acknowledgement PDF सुरक्षित रखें। JharSewa homepage के Citizen Section में Track Application Status Report या registered login के View Status of Application option से progress देखें। Reference number acknowledgement से copy करें और zero/O तथा one/I जैसे characters ध्यान से मिलाएँ। jharkhand.fun के किसी form में यह number भरने की जरूरत नहीं है।
Submitted, under process, objection, rejected या delivered label के साथ remark और action date भी पढ़ें। Deficiency आए तो उसी official remark में माँगा record और response route follow करें; WhatsApp पर random document भेजने या दूसरा duplicate application बनाने से बचें। Listing 30 days और government holidays excluded दिखाती है, पर यह approval guarantee नहीं है—verification, objection या applicant response के कारण actual time बदल सकता है।
Delivered certificate download और verification checks
Delivered/approved होने पर official JharSewa download या verification flow से PDF लें। Applicant और parent name, पूरा address, police station/post office/district, registration तथा certificate number, issue date, issuing office, paragraph/reference wording, QR और digital-signature detail जाँचें। गलत spelling या address वाली PDF को editor से बदलना correction नहीं है; issuing authority/JharSewa का prescribed correction route उपयोग करें।
JharSewa से जारी local-resident certificate पर purpose wording हो सकती है, लेकिन receiving recruitment, admission या scheme की current notification फिर भी final है। Fresh issue date, prescribed authority या specific format माँगा जाए तो पुराने certificate को universal lifetime document न मानें। Residence certificate अपने-आप caste, income, EWS, NCL या identity certificate का substitute नहीं बनता।
Original downloaded PDF, acknowledgement और supporting records की secure copy रखें। Print में QR और certificate number readable हों; डिजिटल signature verify करनी हो तो untouched original PDF उपयोग करें। Public post में certificate token, QR, address और family detail expose न करें। Shared computer/cyber cafe पर logout करें और Downloads, recent files तथा print queue से personal copies हटाएँ।
