पहले birth registration और certificate request का फर्क समझें
Birth certificate किसी existing registered birth record से जारी होता है। नया जन्म समय पर register कराना, पुराने record की certified copy लेना, delayed registration कराना और certificate में correction कराना अलग situations हो सकती हैं। बच्चे का जन्म hospital, घर या किसी अन्य स्थान पर हुआ हो तो reporting source और proof भी बदल सकता है। केवल “birth certificate apply” चुनने से हर case का process समान नहीं हो जाता।
JharSewa की current “Issue of Birth Certificate” service Department of Revenue की statutory citizen service के रूप में दिखाई देती है। Official listing अभी submission mode Kiosk दिखाती है। इसलिए इस page पर कोई direct online form उपलब्ध होने का दावा नहीं किया गया है। Service screen, local registrar, municipal body, panchayat या authorised kiosk जिस route को current case के लिए बताए वही follow करें।
Hospital discharge paper, immunisation card, school record या Aadhaar birth certificate नहीं हैं। वे किसी process में supporting evidence हो सकते हैं, लेकिन official certificate competent registration authority जारी करती है। किसी image editor से name/date बदलकर बनाया document valid record नहीं है। jharkhand.fun registration database access, certificate generation या approval service नहीं देता।
Hospital, home और other-place birth proofs
Official JharSewa enclosure table birth at hospital के लिए Hospital Certificate और parents का oath letter, birth at home के लिए Ward Councillor Certificate तथा parents का oath letter, और other place के लिए parents का oath letter जैसी categories दिखाती है। यह table current service listing का summary है; आपके case में exact prescribed form, sign, stamp, attestation और additional record kiosk/registrar बताएगा।
Child का name, date and time of birth, sex, place of birth, mother और father/parent names, permanent/present address तथा hospital/facility name source records से मिलाएँ। English और Hindi spelling में अंतर, surname order, initials या date format submit से पहले ठीक कराएँ। Blank child-name registration, later name inclusion, adoption, single-parent entry या other special situation में general internet template की जगह competent registrar की current instruction लें।
Proof scan करते समय पूरा page, hospital seal/registration detail, authorised sign और date readable रखें। Cropped edge, glare, overwritten text, missing reverse side या password-protected PDF objection ला सकता है। Parents का oath letter/affidavit prescribed हो तो current wording और execution rule पूछें। हमारे PDF tools केवल file preparation के लिए हैं; source record की information बदलना उनका valid use नहीं है।
Kiosk submission, acknowledgement और status tracking
Official listing Kiosk mode दिखाती है। Authorised kiosk पर जाने से पहले service-detail page और local registration office से location तथा required records verify करें। Operator द्वारा चुनी service, registrar jurisdiction, place of birth, child/parent spellings, dates और uploaded-document labels submit से पहले screen पर पढ़ें। OTP स्वयं verify करें और blank form या unknown declaration पर sign न करें।
Submission के बाद application/reference number, service name, kiosk receipt, applied date और concerned office वाला acknowledgement लें। JharSewa homepage Citizen Section में Track Application Status Report तथा registered login के अंदर View Status of Application जैसे official tracking methods बताता है। आपके acknowledgement पर जो reference format है उसे exactly भरें और status label के साथ remark/action date पढ़ें।
Listing 30 days और government holidays excluded दिखाती है, पर इसे automatic issue guarantee न मानें। Record search, local verification, missing evidence, delayed-registration approval, jurisdiction issue या applicant response से समय बदल सकता है। Pending case में बिना advice duplicate application न बनाएँ। Objection आए तो official remark/registrar से required correction और response route लिखित रूप में समझें।
Delivered certificate, correction और safe use
Certificate उपलब्ध होने पर official JharSewa/issuing-authority download या collection flow से लें। Child name, date of birth, sex, place, registration number/date, parents’ names, address fields, issuing authority, issue date, QR/barcode और digital signature detail source records से मिलाएँ। Duplicate/copy wording और registration details receiving office की requirement से भी जाँचें।
Name, date, place या parent detail गलत हो तो PDF editor से text बदलना official correction नहीं है। Registrar से correction procedure, supporting records, declaration/affidavit और fee—यदि लागू हो—की current list लें। School, passport, Aadhaar या दूसरे records में mismatch हो तो किस मूल record को पहले correct करना है यह संबंधित authority से लिखित guidance लेकर तय करें।
Original digitally verifiable PDF और acknowledgement सुरक्षित रखें। Compression या raster conversion से digital signature/QR readability प्रभावित हो सकती है; receiving portal original file स्वीकार करे तो untouched PDF उपयोग करें। Public WhatsApp group या social media पर registration number, QR, address और child/parent details share न करें। Shared kiosk/computer में Downloads और print queue से copies हटवाएँ।
