सबसे पहले सही caste-certificate service चुनें
JharSewa पर “Issue of Caste Certificate” के साथ SC, ST, BC/OBC, migrant, state/central purpose, Circle Officer, SDO/DC या local-inspection वाली अलग services दिखाई दे सकती हैं। केवल “caste certificate” शब्द देखकर पहला form न भरें। अपनी category, Jharkhand resident/migrant स्थिति, certificate का purpose, issuing authority और जिस भर्ती, admission या scheme में देना है उसकी requirement पहले पढ़ें।
ऊपर का verified button JharSewa की official service-detail page खोलता है। यह general issue service को statutory citizen service बताती है और online/kiosk submission modes दिखाती है। लेकिन दूसरी category-specific listings login, अलग authority, inspection और अलग delivery period बता सकती हैं। इसलिए general listing के documents या 30-day display को हर caste-certificate application की universal guarantee न मानें।
Address bar में jharsewa.jharkhand.gov.in ठीक देखें। Search result, cyber-cafe message या WhatsApp पर आए “instant caste certificate” link में Aadhaar, family record, OTP या payment detail न भरें। jharkhand.fun certificate issue नहीं करता और application database access नहीं करता; यहाँ कोई identity upload या approval service नहीं है।
Documents current service list से ही तय करें
JharSewa service listings residence proof, identity proof, affidavit, khatian/land-related record, genealogy, family/older caste record, elected-member recommendation या other caste evidence जैसी अलग enclosure categories दिखा सकती हैं। हर applicant को हर item देना होगा—ऐसा assume न करें। Selected service में “Following Documents” table, original/photocopy status, attestation requirement और recommended document ध्यान से पढ़ें।
Applicant name, parent/guardian name, caste/sub-caste, village/town, police station, district, present/ordinary residence और purpose को supporting records से एक जैसा रखें। Hindi और English spelling preview में मिलाएँ। किसी पुराने certificate की photo edit करके नया नाम/category बनाना या दूसरे व्यक्ति का genealogy/land proof लगाना valid application नहीं है और legal problem पैदा कर सकता है।

Apply और application status track करने के steps
Selected JharSewa service में online apply उपलब्ध हो तो current instruction से login/register या citizen application flow खोलें। Kiosk mode चुना हो तो acknowledgement और operator-entered preview submit से पहले पढ़ें। Category, service name और issuing level सबसे ऊपर मिलाएँ; गलत service में fee/document upload के बाद correction कठिन हो सकता है। Submit से पहले mobile, address और document labels जाँचें।
Submission के बाद application/reference number, selected service, submission date और acknowledgement PDF सुरक्षित रखें। JharSewa homepage के Track Application Status या registered login में View Status of Application जैसे options से progress देखें। Reference number copy करते समय zero/O या one/I की गलती न करें। Submitted, pending, verification, objection, rejected और delivered labels के साथ remark तथा office पढ़ें।
Objection/deficiency में कौन-सा document या correction चाहिए, किस channel से देना है और deadline क्या है—official remark/office से confirm करें। Random नया application बनाकर पुराना pending record न छोड़ें। Field/local inspection वाली service में applicant और family/residence facts verify हो सकते हैं; कोई व्यक्ति approval guarantee के नाम पर OTP या personal account payment माँगे तो official office से independently verify करें।
Delivered certificate download और use से पहले checks
Status delivered/approved होने पर JharSewa के official download/verification flow से certificate लें। Applicant name, parent name, caste/category, residence, purpose/state-or-central wording, reference number, issue date, issuing authority और digital-signature/QR or verification detail मिलाएँ। गलत field वाली PDF को editor से बदलना official correction नहीं है; issuing authority/JharSewa correction route use करें।
Certificate की acceptance receiving institution के current notification पर निर्भर करती है। State caste certificate, central-format certificate और non-creamy-layer requirement अलग हो सकते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए BC/OBC reservation purpose में caste record के साथ current NCL या prescribed declaration माँगी जा सकती है। पुरानी validity advice या दूसरे recruitment का document rule copy न करें।
Original downloaded PDF और acknowledgement सुरक्षित रखें। Print में QR, digital signature text और certificate number readable होने चाहिए। Shared computer/cyber cafe में logout करें और Downloads/print queue से personal copies हटाएँ। Verification link public share करते समय certificate में मौजूद address, family और category data exposed हो सकता है; केवल receiving authority को required channel से दें।
