EWS के लिए official document का नाम Income and Asset Certificate है। इसे सामान्य income certificate न समझें; current notice, service और issuing authority मिलाकर ही apply करें।
EWS certificate और income certificate में अंतर
JharSewa EWS document को “Income and Asset Certificate for EWS” के नाम से अलग certificate service के रूप में दिखाता है। सामान्य Issue of Income Certificate Revenue Department की अलग service है। इसलिए केवल annual-income proof बन जाने से EWS certificate अपने-आप नहीं बनता। Recruitment, admission या counselling notice में Income Certificate लिखा है या Income and Asset Certificate for EWS—यह exact wording पहले पढ़ें।
EWS certificate format में family income के साथ assets, residence, category declaration, issuing authority और applicable year जैसे fields हो सकते हैं। Eligibility की income/property limits, family definition, financial year, competent authority और certificate-validity requirement उसी current government notification तथा receiving institution के notice से तय करें। पुराने coaching chart, दूसरे state का format या previous-year certificate को universal rule न मानें।
JharSewa पर EWS की base service के साथ SDO/DC या area-condition वाली अलग listings भी मिल सकती हैं। Current service detail में department, beneficiary, registration, submission mode, enclosure table और deliverable देखें। Applicant area या required authority अलग हो तो सही service चुनें। jharkhand.fun eligibility decide, reservation approve या certificate issue नहीं करता।
Current enclosure list और declarations कैसे जाँचें
Official EWS service listing identity proof में driving licence, voter ID, Aadhaar, PAN, passport, matriculation admit card, government employee ID, photo pension order, MGNREGA job card, Ayushman card या photo bank/post-office passbook जैसे options दिखाती है। Portal का “recommended documents” section options बताता है; हर option एक साथ upload करना जरूरी समझना सही नहीं है। Selected field में accepted item और current file rule देखें।
Listing self declaration, local resident certificate, Tatkal justification और condition के साथ caste certificate जैसी enclosure categories भी दिखाती है। इन labels की व्याख्या अपने अनुमान से न करें—current application screen और receiving notice देखें। खासकर category selection, state-residence requirement, applicant/parent declaration और authority level गलत चुनने पर document verification में समस्या हो सकती है।
Income और assets की information source records से तैयार करें। Salary, business, profession, agriculture या अन्य income, family members और अलग-अलग स्थान की property के treatment के लिए current prescribed format पढ़ें। Eligibility fit करने के लिए amount, land/flat/plot detail, category या family information छिपाना गलत है। Supporting file readable, complete और current हो; edited certificate या false declaration upload न करें।
Apply और EWS application status track करने का flow
Official JharSewa service page से current apply option खोलें। Listing registration required तथा online/kiosk submission modes दिखाती है। Online form में applicant name, parent/spouse detail, permanent address, local-resident record, family-income period, asset declaration, purpose और category carefully भरें। Kiosk पर operator-entered preview स्वयं पढ़ें और OTP/password अपने नियंत्रण में रखें।
Final submit से पहले service title में EWS Income and Asset Certificate, selected authority, year/period, applicant spelling, address और uploaded file labels दोबारा जाँचें। Submit होने पर acknowledgement, application/reference number, service name और applied date save करें। Fee या Tatkal option दिखे तो केवल current official screen का amount/mode मानें और official receipt लें; personal UPI पर transfer न करें।
JharSewa homepage के Citizen Section में Track Application Status Report या registered login के View Status of Application option से progress देखें। Status के साथ remark, action date और office पढ़ें। Current service listing delivery period “NA” दिखाती है, इसलिए fixed days या instant approval का दावा सही नहीं है। Objection आए तो official remark में माँगा correction/document और deadline follow करें।
Delivered PDF और receiving notice से final checks
Delivered/approved होने पर official JharSewa download/verification flow से untouched PDF लें। Applicant तथा family detail, address, income period/financial year, applicable-year wording, category statement, certificate/reference number, issuing authority, issue date, seal, photograph, QR और digital-signature detail मिलाएँ। कोई field गलत हो तो PDF editor से बदलने के बजाय official correction route use करें।
Certificate issue हो जाना हर application में acceptance की guarantee नहीं है। Receiving recruitment, counselling या institution किस date तक issued certificate, किस year, किस authority, state/central format और original/digital verification को स्वीकार करता है—उसकी current notice final है। EWS certificate को ordinary income, local resident, caste/NCL या identity certificate का automatic substitute न मानें।
Original PDF, acknowledgement, supporting declarations और source records सुरक्षित रखें। Digitally signed PDF को compress/rasterise करने पर signature validity टूट सकती है, इसलिए receiving portal original file accept करे तो untouched version upload करें। Public post में QR, reference/token, income, address या family-property detail share न करें। Shared device से logout करें और saved personal copies हटाएँ।
