Death registration, certificate copy और correction अलग processes हैं
Death certificate registered death record से जारी होता है। नई मृत्यु समय पर report/register कराना, पहले से registered record की certified copy लेना, delayed registration कराना और issued certificate की detail correct कराना अलग cases हैं। मृत्यु hospital, घर या अन्य स्थान पर हुई हो तो reporting institution, registrar jurisdiction और supporting proof बदल सकते हैं। पहले अपने case का stage पहचानें।
JharSewa की current “Issue of Death Certificate” listing इसे Department of Revenue की statutory citizen service बताती है और submission mode Kiosk दिखाती है। इस guide में direct online application का दावा नहीं है। Local registrar, municipal body, panchayat/registration unit या authorised kiosk जिस current route और jurisdiction की पुष्टि करे, उसी से application शुरू करें।
Hospital या mortuary का medical/death paper official civil death certificate से अलग हो सकता है। वह registration के लिए source evidence है; final certificate competent registrar के record से आता है। किसी scan में deceased name, date या authority बदलकर बनाया document valid नहीं है। jharkhand.fun family record नहीं लेता, death register access नहीं करता और certificate issue नहीं कर सकता।
Home, hospital और other-place death proof कैसे अलग हैं
Official JharSewa enclosure table home death के लिए Ward Councillor Certificate, hospital death के लिए Death Certificate from Hospital या mortuary, और other-place death के लिए Postmortem Report या FIR Copy जैसी categories दिखाती है। इनमें से कौन-सा record आपके case में required है, यह मृत्यु की circumstances और registrar की current instruction पर निर्भर करेगा। सभी options हर applicant पर लागू मानकर documents इकट्ठा न करें।
Deceased का पूरा name, sex, date and time of death, place of death, father/mother/spouse name, address at death, permanent address और informant/applicant relationship source records से मिलाएँ। Hospital name, police-station detail, FIR/postmortem number या ward/jurisdiction जहाँ लागू हो वहाँ exact रखें। Hindi-English spelling और date format submit से पहले preview में जाँचें।
Sensitive medical, FIR और family records केवल authorised official flow में दें। Scan पूरा और readable हो; seal, sign, record number, date तथा relevant pages crop या blur न हों। Missing postmortem/FIR page, altered hospital paper या unrelated person का record legal और verification problem पैदा कर सकता है। Kiosk को जितने documents चाहिए उससे अधिक निजी record अनावश्यक रूप से share न करें।
Kiosk application, receipt और status safely track करें
Current service listing Kiosk submission दिखाती है। जाने से पहले authorised kiosk/registrar location और document list verify करें। Operator द्वारा selected service, local registrar, deceased details, death place, applicant relationship और uploaded-proof labels submit से पहले screen पर पढ़ें। Blank declaration sign न करें, original documents वापस लें और OTP/password किसी third party के पास न छोड़ें।
Submit होने पर application/reference number, service name, kiosk receipt, submission date और concerned office वाला acknowledgement लें। JharSewa homepage Citizen Section में Track Application Status Report तथा registered login के अंदर View Status of Application methods बताता है। Acknowledgement से reference exactly copy करें; status label के साथ remark, action date और office पढ़ें।
Listing 30 days excluding government holidays दिखाती है, लेकिन इसे fixed approval promise न मानें। Record search, registrar jurisdiction, missing evidence, police/medical verification, delayed-registration requirement या applicant response के कारण समय बदल सकता है। Objection मिले तो official remark/registrar से exact response और deadline समझें; agent के message पर duplicate या altered file submit न करें।
Issued certificate verify, correct और securely use करें
Certificate मिलने पर deceased name, date/time and place of death, sex, parent/spouse detail, address, registration number/date, issue date, local registrar/authority, QR/barcode और digital-signature detail source records से मिलाएँ। Official examples बताते हैं कि certificate की information original death register से ली जाती है; इसलिए certificate और hospital/FIR record में unexplained mismatch हो तो correction route पूछें।
Name, date, place, relationship या address गलत हो तो PDF editor से बदलाव official correction नहीं है। Issuing registrar से correction application, source evidence, affidavit/order और applicable fee की current requirement लें। Bank, pension, insurance, succession, vehicle transfer या property process में कौन-सा original/certified/digital version चाहिए, receiving institution से verify करें।
Original digitally signed PDF और acknowledgement secure रखें। Public social media पर QR, registration number, address, medical cause, FIR data या family details share न करें। Compression/raster conversion digital signature validity को प्रभावित कर सकता है; official portal original PDF स्वीकार करे तो untouched file दें। Shared computer/kiosk में downloaded copy और print queue हटवाएँ।
