Marriage proof और registration certificate अलग समझें
Wedding card, pandit/kazi या religious institution का paper, photographs और local-body letter विवाह होने के supporting evidence हो सकते हैं; वे अपने-आप JharSewa से issued Marriage Registration Certificate नहीं हैं। Government certificate के लिए correct registration service, competent registrar और prescribed application process पूरा करना होता है। Bank, passport, visa, insurance या other purpose में receiving authority किस document को स्वीकार करती है, उसका current rule भी पढ़ें।
JharSewa पर Marriage Registration Certificate की एक से अधिक service listings दिखाई दे सकती हैं। एक current listing online और kiosk modes के साथ spouse age proof, local-body/gazetted-officer certificate, wedding evidence और witness records दिखाती है; दूसरी listing online mode और अलग witness categories दिखा सकती है। इसलिए search result से पहला form चुनने के बजाय location, jurisdiction और current form की enclosure table मिलाएँ।
Official certificate examples registration reference, parties’ details, marriage date और registration statement दिखाते हैं। jharkhand.fun marriage register access, legal eligibility decision, appointment booking या certificate issue नहीं करता। “Same-day guaranteed certificate” के नाम पर personal UPI, OTP, login password या identity bundle माँगने वाले agent से बचें।
Spouses, wedding और witness documents तैयार करें
Official service listing husband age proof और wife age proof labels में voter ID, Aadhaar, PAN, passport, matriculation certificate या other accepted record जैसे options दिखाती है। Current application में parties/spouses के exact labels और accepted proof देखें। Name, date of birth, parent names और address हर record में मिलाएँ; केवल age fit दिखाने के लिए edited ID या गलत date देना valid नहीं है।
Listing wedding card या pandit/kazi-issued marriage evidence, RLB/ULB/local body—जैसे Mukhiya, Sarpanch, Ward Commissioner—or gazetted officer certificate, BPL proof जहाँ लागू हो, और other supporting document categories दिखाती है। हर item हर application में mandatory है ऐसा assume न करें। Current screen में marked mandatory fields, prescribed certificate format, signatures और original/photocopy instructions final हैं।

Online/kiosk application और status tracking flow
Official service detail से correct apply flow खोलें। Registration required दिखे तो applicant-controlled mobile/email से account बनाएँ। Kiosk use करें तो operator द्वारा चुनी service, registrar/local-body jurisdiction, both parties’ details, marriage date/place, witness names और uploaded-document labels submit से पहले preview करें। OTP स्वयं भरें और credentials साझा न करें।
Payment, appointment या physical appearance screen पर माँगी जाए तो current official instruction, fee और location पढ़ें। Fee केवल official portal/kiosk receipt के साथ दें। Final submit के बाद application/reference number, service name, payment receipt, appointment detail और acknowledgement PDF सुरक्षित रखें। Incomplete preview या गलत spouse/witness record दिखे तो submit से पहले correct कराएँ।
JharSewa homepage Citizen Section में Track Application Status Report और registered login के View Status of Application methods देता है। Reference number acknowledgement से exactly copy करें और status के साथ remark, action date तथा office पढ़ें। Current service listing delivery period NA दिखाती है, इसलिए fixed-day promise न मानें। Deficiency/objection आए तो official remark में माँगा response दें।
Issued marriage certificate और correction checks
Certificate issue होने पर both parties’ full names, age/date-of-birth details जहाँ printed हों, parents, addresses, marriage date/place, registration date/number, issuing authority, QR/token और digital signature मिलाएँ। Wedding proof और submitted application से spelling/date cross-check करें। Registration effective-date wording या Act reference को अपने अनुमान से interpret करने के बजाय receiving authority/registrar से पूछें।
Name, marriage date, address या party detail गलत हो तो PDF editor से बदलना official correction नहीं है। Issuing registrar/JharSewa से correction process, supporting record, both parties/witness presence, declaration/affidavit और fee की current requirement लें। Divorce, annulment, remarriage, foreign-national, inter-state या special legal circumstance में generic page को legal advice न मानें; competent registrar/qualified legal help लें।
Original digitally signed PDF और acknowledgement secure रखें। Visa, passport, bank or court process original/certified/digitally verifiable copy माँग सकता है। Compression/rasterisation digital signature validity हटा सकती है, इसलिए untouched file अलग रखें। Public post में certificate QR/token, address, dates of birth, spouse or witness IDs expose न करें; shared device पर Downloads और print queue साफ करें।
