Official ECI portal और सही voter service पहचानें
Voter registration, electoral-roll search, application tracking और e-EPIC के लिए official destination voters.eci.gov.in है। ऊपर का verified button Election Commission of India Citizen Service Portal खोलता है। Homepage पर Search Your Name in Voter List, Track Application Status, E-EPIC Download, Download Electoral Roll और voter forms जैसी अलग services दिखती हैं। Search ad या forwarded “Jharkhand voter list” link पर EPIC, mobile या OTP भरने से पहले domain पूरा मिलाएँ।
Portal का interface ECINET branding या ECI page के रूप में बदल सकता है और कुछ services login माँग सकती हैं। Government logo या election-colour design अकेला प्रमाण नहीं है। Browser address bar में voters.eci.gov.in या eci.gov.in family देखें। Unexpected APK, screen-sharing app, paid activation, personal UPI या OTP बताने की मांग voter service का सामान्य step नहीं है; ऐसा दिखे तो page बंद कर official homepage से शुरू करें।
jharkhand.fun electoral database access नहीं करता। यहाँ EPIC number, नाम, DOB, address, mobile या OTP का कोई search field नहीं है। हम केवल official destination और process समझाते हैं। Electoral data में correction, inclusion, deletion, polling station assignment या application approval ECI/ERO/BLO workflow से होता है; यह site किसी result को बदल या तेज नहीं कर सकती।
Voter list में नाम और polling details खोजें
Official portal पर Search Your Name in Voter List खोलें। Available screen EPIC number या personal details/location जैसे search modes दे सकती है। Jharkhand state चुनें और केवल required fields भरें। EPIC search में letters और digits card से ठीक copy करें। Details search में नाम की spelling, relative name, age/DOB, district और Assembly Constituency को अपने record से मिलाएँ; Hindi/English spelling variation से result अलग हो सकता है।
Result मिलने पर elector name, EPIC, state, constituency, part/serial information और polling-station details को ध्यान से पढ़ें। केवल पुराना voter card हाथ में होना current electoral roll में नाम होने की पुष्टि नहीं है; मतदान से पहले current search/roll में entry और polling details verify करें। Polling station बदल सकता है और elector स्वयं कोई मनपसंद station चुन नहीं सकता—allocation competent election authority करती है।
नाम न मिले तो एक search method पर अंतिम निष्कर्ष न लें। EPIC और details दोनों से कोशिश करें, spelling/age/location दोबारा जाँचें और downloaded current electoral roll में constituency/part देखकर confirm करें। Recent application pending हो तो status भी देखें। फिर भी record न मिले तो official complaint/BLO/ERO route या ECI helpline 1950 उपयोग करें; social media पर full EPIC और address डालकर help न माँगें।
Application status, Form 6 और Form 8 का सही उपयोग
New voter registration के लिए ECI portal Form 6 देता है। Form केवल उसी constituency के लिए भरें जहाँ applicant ordinarily resides और submit करने से पहले name, DOB/age, address, family elector detail, photograph तथा uploaded proof preview करें। Acknowledgement/reference number save रखें। Application जमा होना enrolment approval नहीं है; field verification, ERO decision और portal status पूरा होने दें।
Correction, residence shifting, replacement EPIC या PwD marking के लिए current portal Form 8 दिखाता है। केवल वही option चुनें जिसकी जरूरत है और existing EPIC/roll entry सही identify करें। पुराने address से नए address, name/DOB correction और replacement card अलग requests हैं। Edited PDF, cropped proof या mismatched identity upload न करें; current form की proof list और readable scan rules follow करें।
Track Application Status service login या registered mobile/email/EPIC और OTP/captcha verification माँग सकती है। Login के बाद submitted form चुनकर acknowledgement, submitted date, field-verification progress, objection/deficiency और decision देखें। Pending remark में document या hearing/action मांगा हो तो deadline तथा official instruction पढ़ें। Duplicate application बनाना status तेज नहीं करता और record conflict पैदा कर सकता है।
e-EPIC download, electoral-roll PDF और privacy
E-EPIC Download official portal पर digital voter card पाने की service है। ECI guidance registered mobile पर OTP verification का उल्लेख करती है। अपने account में login करके eligible EPIC चुनें, OTP स्वयं भरें और generated PDF secure device में save करें। किसी agent को OTP, login password या full e-EPIC भेजकर download न कराएँ। Shared device पर file छोड़ने से name, address और electoral details exposed हो सकती हैं।
Download Electoral Roll में state के रूप में Jharkhand, current revision/year और available district/constituency/part details चुनकर PDF download की जा सकती है। Roll PDF बड़ा हो सकता है; part number और polling area पहले पहचानना search आसान बनाता है। Draft, supplement और final/publication labels अलग हो सकते हैं—जिस date या election के लिए verification चाहिए उसकी current official publication देखें। पुरानी shared PDF को current list न मानें।
Wrong detail, missing name, inaccessible account या unresolved application के लिए official portal का complaint/suggestion channel, BLO/ERO contact या current ECI contact use करें। Complaint reference save रखें। Aadhaar linking, voter eligibility, objection, deletion or election deadline के बारे में forwarded message के बजाय current ECI notification पढ़ें। jharkhand.fun political party, candidate या government department से affiliated नहीं है और किसी vote preference की सलाह नहीं देता।

Photo या supporting PDF केवल current ECI form की requirement के अनुसार तैयार करें। Final upload और OTP हमेशा official voters.eci.gov.in flow में ही पूरा करें।
