झारखंड में अलग-अलग सरकारी काम के लिए अलग portal हैं। Caste या income certificate का रास्ता JharSewa से मिलता है, जमीन का record Jharbhoomi पर, ration card की जानकारी Aahar/JSFSS में और scholarship का काम e-Kalyan पर हो सकता है। समस्या तब होती है जब search result, forwarded WhatsApp link या look-alike website official page जैसी दिखाई देती है। इस guide का उद्देश्य किसी form की current opening date बताना नहीं, बल्कि सही destination पहचानना और सुरक्षित तरीके से काम पूरा करना है।

सबसे पहले यह portal map समझें

  • Certificate और e-District services: JharSewa — jharsewa.jharkhand.gov.in
  • Khata, Register-II और land record: Jharbhoomi — jharbhoomi.jharkhand.gov.in
  • Ration card, dealer और allocation: Aahar — aahar.jharkhand.gov.in तथा portal से जुड़े official JSFSS/PDS destinations
  • Scholarship: e-Kalyan — ekalyan.cgg.gov.in
  • State recruitment: संबंधित JSSC/JPSC official destination और उसी advertisement का notice
  • Board exam और notices: JAC — jac.jharkhand.gov.in
  • Departments और state information: Jharkhand Government — jharkhand.gov.in

Domain में spelling, hyphen, extra word और ending ध्यान से पढ़ें। किसी page पर government logo दिखना अकेले authenticity का proof नहीं है। Official portal से खुला final domain, HTTPS connection और उसी service का current notice तीनों मिलाने चाहिए।

1. JharSewa: certificate apply, status और download

JharSewa Jharkhand e-District का official service gateway है। Portal पर certificate services, citizen application routes, application-status tracking और delivered certificate download जैसी सुविधाएँ दिखाई जाती हैं। Caste, income, local resident, birth, death या दूसरी service की process समान मानकर न चलें; registration, kiosk, in-person mode, documents और delivery rule service detail के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं।

Application करने से पहले service name, applicant category, issuing authority, prescribed enclosures और submission mode पढ़ें। Submit होने के बाद acknowledgement/reference number की PDF या साफ screenshot रखें। Status देखने के लिए reference detail acknowledgement से copy करें और remark/action date भी पढ़ें। Certificate delivered हो तो नाम, guardian, address, category या income period, issue date, certificate number और visible verification detail मिलाएँ। गलत certificate को PDF editor से बदलना सही correction नहीं है—issuing authority का official correction route उपयोग करें। हमारी JharSewa certificate status guide में सुरक्षित step-by-step flow दिया गया है।

2. Jharbhoomi: खाता, Register-II, खेसरा और जमीन record

Jharbhoomi homepage पर अपना खाता, खाता एवं Register-II, पंजी-II का खेसरा-वार विवरण और खेसरा का सम्पूर्ण विवरण जैसे विकल्प उपलब्ध हैं। Record खोजते समय district, circle/anchal, halka, mauza, khata या plot detail वही चुनें जो revenue document में है। Similar नाम वाले village या mauza के कारण गलत record खुल सकता है, इसलिए owner name और plot details साथ मिलाएँ।

Online copy सुविधाजनक reference है, लेकिन sale, mutation, boundary, dispute, loan या court काम में certified/current record की requirement अलग हो सकती है। Blank result को ownership का final proof न मानें। Spelling, digit या selected area दोबारा जाँचें और जरूरत पर concerned revenue office से prescribed verification लें। OTP या payment केवल official flow में दें। Jharbhoomi land-record guide में खाता, Register-II, plot detail और application-status options का अलग explanation है।

3. Aahar और JSFSS: ration card, dealer, allocation और application

Aahar Jharkhand portal ration-card details, dealer information, allocation और public distribution reports के links देता है। Green-card application, registered login, cardholder login और application-status जैसे काम linked official JSFSS/PDS pages पर खुल सकते हैं। इसीलिए Aahar से निकले link का final hostname भी देखें; random search ad या agent का form उपयोग न करें।

Card search या status में केवल screen पर माँगी minimum detail भरें। Family member जोड़ने, correction, transfer या duplicate card जैसी service में current form और supporting documents अलग हो सकते हैं। Dealer/allocation report देखने और individual application approve कराने को एक ही काम न समझें। Rejection या pending status मिले तो remark, acknowledgement और official complaint/help route देखें। Jharkhand ration-card guide में application, status, card details और reports का safer navigation flow है।

4. e-Kalyan: scholarship session और application status

e-Kalyan portal student login, scholarship schemes, application management और session-specific notices देता है। Scholarship page खोलते समय academic session सबसे महत्वपूर्ण detail है। पुराने year का login या schedule search result में ऊपर आ सकता है; current homepage और notice में session दोबारा मिलाएँ। College registration और student application अलग processes हो सकते हैं।

Applicant name, institute, course, year, category, bank detail और required certificates official records से exactly भरें। किसी agent को OTP, login password या full bank credential न दें। Submitted application, institute verification और final status अलग stages हो सकते हैं। केवल “submitted” देखकर scholarship sanctioned मानना ठीक नहीं है। हमारी e-Kalyan scholarship-status guide documents, status stages और official verification समझाती है।

5. JSSC और JPSC: भर्ती में advertisement number सबसे जरूरी

Jharkhand recruitment के लिए आयोग, post और advertisement number match करना जरूरी है। JSSC और JPSC एक समय में कई recruitment, exam stage, result, corrigendum और online-application links दिखा सकते हैं। Coaching thumbnail या message में exam का short name सही होने पर भी year, advertisement और stage अलग हो सकता है।

6. JAC: board notice, result, model paper और correction

Jharkhand Academic Council का official domain board examinations, downloads/web notices, results, model question papers और scholarship/exam links उपलब्ध कराता है। Class 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, special/compartment या competitive exam notices अलग हो सकते हैं। Result link खोलने से पहले exam class, year और exam type मिलाएँ।

7. Jharkhand Government portal: department और state-agency directory

Main Jharkhand Government portal departments, state agencies, districts और government documents के लिए starting point है। अगर किसी scheme या recruitment का अलग portal समझ न आए, पहले संबंधित department/agency page खोजें और वहीं से final link खोलें। इससे copied logo वाले unrelated domain की संभावना कम होती है।

लेकिन main portal पर किसी department का नाम मिलना यह साबित नहीं करता कि WhatsApp में मिला specific form active है। Scheme name, issuing department, notification/order number, application dates और final domain एक साथ verify करें। Benefit amount, eligibility या deadline के लिए current government order/notice final है।

Official link पहचानने की 8-point safety checklist

  1. Domain पढ़ें: spelling और ending बिल्कुल official source जैसी हो।
  2. Page कहाँ से खुली: department/commission homepage से link follow करना safer है।
  3. Session या advertisement: year, application session और notice number मिलाएँ।
  4. HTTPS देखें: connection warning आए तो personal data न भरें।
  5. OTP और password: agent, call, chat या email में share न करें।
  6. Payment destination: fee केवल current official notice में बताए flow पर दें।
  7. Receipt रखें: submitted form, acknowledgement, payment status और reference number save करें।
  8. Correction official हो: issued certificate/result को locally edit करके discrepancy न छिपाएँ।

ऐसे संकेत दिखें तो रुक जाएँ

  • “Guaranteed selection”, “100% scheme approval” या सरकारी नौकरी के बदले personal payment.
  • OTP, UPI PIN, card password या remote-screen access माँगा जाए.
  • Official notice के बिना सिर्फ Google Form, shortened URL या APK download दिया जाए.
  • Deadline का दबाव बनाकर personal UPI/account पर fee माँगी जाए.
  • Domain official spelling से मिलता-जुलता हो, लेकिन extra word या अलग ending हो.
  • Receipt, application number या written terms न दिए जाएँ.

गलत link मिल जाए तो personal details submit न करें। पहले संबंधित department की homepage खोलें और contact/helpdesk केवल official notice से लें। Sensitive document या OTP jharkhand.fun को भी email न करें; broken link या correction के लिए केवल page URL और official supporting source भेजें।
