Official requirement को checker में सही भरें
Recruitment, scholarship और certificate forms में केवल “photo upload” या “PDF upload” पढ़ना पर्याप्त नहीं है। Application screen या current notification से accepted format, minimum और maximum KB, pixel width-height तथा PDF page limit अलग-अलग note करें। Maximum 200 KB लिखा हो तो checker में 200 डालें; 2 MB लिखा हो तो 2048 KB उपयोग करें। अनुमानित social-media post की limit copy न करें।
Minimum KB optional है, क्योंकि कई portals केवल maximum बताते हैं। Image width और height fields भी तभी भरें जब notice exact या maximum pixels देता हो। “Passport size” अपने-आप 200×230 pixels या किसी fixed ratio का अर्थ नहीं है। PDF pages की limit document-wise हो सकती है; marksheet, certificate और acknowledgement को बिना instruction एक ही file में merge न करें।
Checker current official rule खोजता नहीं है और eligibility decide नहीं करता। आपने जो limits भरी हैं, report उन्हीं से file compare करती है। Portal file name, colour background, DPI, signature ink, photograph age, scan readability या content correctness जैसी अतिरिक्त conditions भी लगा सकता है; final preview और declaration खुद पढ़ें।
Report में format, KB और pixels कैसे पढ़ें
Tool filename extension पर अकेले भरोसा नहीं करता। वह browser MIME के साथ PDF, JPEG, PNG और WebP की common file signature bytes भी जाँचता है। केवल photo.pdf नाम रख देने से JPG असली PDF नहीं बनती। Detected format selected requirement से अलग हो तो report fail दिखाती है और सही conversion tool उपयोग करने को कहती है।
File size bytes से निकाली जाती है और KB को 1024 bytes माना जाता है। इसी कारण file manager या portal पर rounded value थोड़ी अलग दिख सकती है। Maximum के बहुत पास file हो तो थोड़ा margin रखें; 200.00 KB display वाली file actual bytes में limit से ऊपर हो सकती है। Minimum और maximum दोनों दिए हों तो file को पूरी range में होना चाहिए।
Image के लिए decoded width × height pixels और aspect ratio दिखाई जाती है। PDF के लिए page count पढ़ा जाता है; image pixel rules PDF पर लागू नहीं किए जाते। Password-protected, damaged या unsupported PDF inspect न हो तो इसे pass न मानें। Original file किसी trusted PDF viewer में खोलें और जरूरत पर fresh export बनाएं।
Fail होने पर सही free tool चुनें
JPG/PNG/WebP image maximum KB से बड़ी हो तो Photo Resizer या Signature Resizer उपयोग करें। Dimensions भी बड़े हों तो width घटाने से size कम हो सकती है। Format PDF चाहिए तो JPG to PDF tool में pages का सही order रखें। PDF maximum KB से बड़ी हो तो PDF Compressor try करें, लेकिन result में small text, seal, QR और signature zoom करके पढ़ें।
PDF में pages ज्यादा हों तो पहले official instruction देखें कि extra pages हटाना allowed है या documents अलग upload होने हैं। PDF Editor से केवल truly unnecessary page हटाएँ; certificate का reverse side, continuation page या required annexure delete न करें। Existing digitally signed PDF edit/compress करने से signature validity या searchable text टूट सकती है, इसलिए untouched original सुरक्षित रखें।
Minimum KB से file छोटी दिखे तो artificial noise, blank pages या fake content न जोड़ें। Higher-resolution genuine source से file दोबारा बनाएँ और readability check करें। Format mismatch में extension rename न करें; actual converter उपयोग करें। हर बदलाव के बाद new file checker में दोबारा जाँचें और official portal preview पर सही field में सही applicant की file confirm करें।
Privacy और अंतिम upload safety
Selected file JavaScript APIs से इसी browser में पढ़ी जाती है। Tool file body, Aadhaar, marksheet, certificate, photograph या signature jharkhand.fun server को नहीं भेजता और कोई account नहीं बनाता। Report local session में रहती है; page refresh या Reset पर हट जाती है। Shared computer पर original और processed downloads भी file manager से हटाएँ।
File inspect होना approval की guarantee नहीं है। Portal filename characters, virus scan, PDF version, encryption, image colour mode, live-photo requirement या content verification में file reject कर सकता है। Current form के upload preview, green check, fee receipt और final acknowledgement को सुरक्षित रखें। Error आए तो exact portal message note करें; OTP, password या remote screen access किसी unknown helper को न दें।
Official digitally signed certificate को screenshot बनाकर upload करने से QR, signature और verification metadata खो सकते हैं। Receiving portal original PDF स्वीकार करता हो तो उसी untouched file को प्राथमिकता दें। Sensitive file WhatsApp group में भेजकर size check न कराएँ; browser-only checker या trusted offline software उपयोग करें और public screenshot में personal number छिपाएँ।
