Form submit करने से पहले

सही obtained और total marks चुनें
Marksheet में जिन subjects को qualification percentage में शामिल करना है, उनके obtained marks जोड़कर पहली field में डालें और उन्हीं subjects के maximum marks दूसरी field में। Tool obtained ÷ total × 100 formula उपयोग करता है। Practical, optional, additional या best-of subjects include करने का rule board, university या recruitment notice तय करता है—tool नहीं।
Decimal result दिखने पर form जितने decimal places माँगे उतना ही round करें। स्वयं से percentage बढ़ाकर nearest whole number न लिखें। Backlog, grace marks, improvement exam या consolidated marksheet हो तो accepted final record और issuing institution के calculation rule से value मिलाएँ।
CGPA और grade conversion में सावधानी
CGPA को 9.5 या किसी internet formula से multiply करना हर board/university में सही नहीं है। Institution का official conversion certificate या marksheet पर printed formula देखें। अगर application “equivalent percentage” माँगता है तो वही prescribed formula लगाएँ और verification के लिए certificate रखें।
Semester-wise percentage का simple average भी गलत हो सकता है जब हर semester के credits या maximum marks अलग हों। सभी accepted marks और maximum marks का aggregate निकालना अक्सर अधिक सही है, लेकिन current form instructions final हैं। Calculator कोई academic equivalence certificate जारी नहीं करता।
