Sarathi पर Jharkhand सही तरह कैसे चुनें
Driving-licence services का official national portal sarathi.parivahan.gov.in है। ऊपर का verified button state-selection page खोलता है। List में Jharkhand चुनने के बाद state-specific Sarathi dashboard खुलता है, जहाँ menu labels और उपलब्ध services current Jharkhand customisation के अनुसार दिख सकती हैं। Search result में “Sarathi agent”, instant licence या guaranteed approval लिखे private page पर DL number, date of birth या payment detail न भरें।
Address bar में government domain की spelling ध्यान से पढ़ें। Login या citizen service page के अंदर redirect हो तो final hostname Sarathi/Parivahan के official flow से खुला होना चाहिए। Government logo या RTO जैसा design अकेला प्रमाण नहीं है। Browser certificate warning, unexpected APK download, remote-screen app या personal UPI payment की मांग दिखे तो process रोकें और state-selection page से दोबारा शुरू करें।

Application status और dispatch progress देखें
Parivahan FAQ के अनुसार Sarathi पर संबंधित state चुनकर Application Status menu से licence application की progress देखी जा सकती है। Current screen सामान्यतः application number, date of birth और captcha जैसी verification detail माँग सकती है। Submitted acknowledgement से application number copy करें। Number खो गया हो तो Jharkhand dashboard के Others/Other menu में Find Application Number जैसा recovery option उपलब्ध हो सकता है; current screen follow करें।
Status में application submitted, document scrutiny, fee, slot/test, approval, printing या dispatch जैसे अलग stages दिख सकते हैं। “Approved” दिखना physical card delivery complete होने के बराबर जरूरी नहीं है। Status history, action date, RTO/licensing authority, pending step और dispatch information पढ़ें। कोई document/fee/appointment step बाकी हो तो उसी application के menu और acknowledgement से आगे बढ़ें।
Status लंबे समय से न बदले, approved licence न मिले या record outdated हो तो official Sarathi help/concerned RTO से application number और acknowledgement के साथ संपर्क करें। Public social media पर full DL, DOB, mobile, address या application PDF पोस्ट न करें। Helpdesk को केवल required detail official channel में दें और complaint/reference save रखें।
Renewal, duplicate और other DL services
Renewal या duplicate के लिए Jharkhand चुनने के बाद Driving Licence menu में Services on Driving Licence (Renewal/Duplicate/AEDL/Others) जैसा option use किया जाता है। Instruction पढ़कर continue करें, फिर existing DL number और date of birth से record fetch करें। Service list में केवल वही transaction चुनें जिसकी जरूरत है—renewal, duplicate, address/name correction, class addition, extract या दूसरी service का purpose अलग है।
Form preview में holder name, DL number, class of vehicle, validity, address और selected service मिलाएँ। गलत record या spelling दिखे तो local PDF/image edit करके submit न करें; official correction/backlog or RTO process पूछें। Current application documents upload, photo/signature, fee, appointment, biometric, test या original-document verification में से कुछ steps दिखा सकती है। हर service में सभी steps समान होने का दावा न करें।
Parivahan guidance renewal/duplicate service के बाद scheduled date पर original documents और fee slip के साथ RTO visit की जरूरत बता सकती है। Online submission को automatic final issue न समझें। Appointment letter, application form, payment receipt और current required originals तैयार रखें। Exact fee, forms, medical certificate, grace period और test requirement current rules तथा Jharkhand screen से verify करें।
Expired licence, payment और common problems
Official renewal guidance कहती है कि expiry के काफी बाद application करने पर retest या learner-licence requirement हो सकती है; Parivahan material एक वर्ष से अधिक delay की स्थिति का विशेष उल्लेख करता है। State policy और current rule लागू होंगे, इसलिए केवल पुराने article की date देखकर निर्णय न लें। Licence expiry, non-transport/transport validity और holder age/service category अलग conditions ला सकते हैं। Sarathi result और concerned RTO से current requirement confirm करें।
Fee payment में application number, DOB, captcha और generated transaction/token reference save करें। Bank debit के बाद portal status pending दिखे तो refresh करके बार-बार payment न करें। Sarathi payment help में Verify Pay Status और receipt-print options हो सकते हैं। Bank reference, application number और transaction/token note रखें; failed/pending payment में current verification/helpdesk flow से स्थिति साफ करें।
DL record न मिले तो number format, date of birth और selected state जाँचें। Old/non-digitised record या latest transaction missing हो तो original licence/documents के साथ concerned zonal/RTO/transport office से record update process पूछें। किसी agent को “database में record चढ़ाने” के नाम पर OTP या personal account payment न दें। Lost/damaged licence के लिए duplicate service चुनें; नया random application बनाना record conflict पैदा कर सकता है।
