Vahan पर Jharkhand और अपना registering authority चुनकर vehicle service खोलें। jharkhand.fun आपका registration number, chassis number, OTP या payment detail नहीं माँगता।
Official Vahan portal और Jharkhand service पहचानें
Vehicle registration और RC-related online services के लिए official citizen portal vahan.parivahan.gov.in है। ऊपर का verified button Vahan Citizen Services का state/registration selection page खोलता है। Current portal Jharkhand को available state के रूप में दिखाता है। Registration number से proceed करें या state में Jharkhand और संबंधित RTO/registering authority चुनें। किसी search ad, WhatsApp link या “instant RC download” website पर registration, chassis, mobile या payment detail न भरें।
Address bar में पूरा government hostname जाँचें। Vahan flow के अंदर page path बदल सकता है, login या OTP screen खुल सकती है, लेकिन domain official Parivahan/Vahan family का होना चाहिए। Government logo, vehicle icon या RTO जैसा रंग अकेला authenticity का proof नहीं है। Browser warning, APK install, remote-screen app या व्यक्तिगत UPI ID पर fee की मांग दिखे तो process रोकें और verified button से दोबारा शुरू करें।
jharkhand.fun vehicle database access नहीं करता और यहाँ RC number, chassis digits, Aadhaar, OTP या card/UPI information के लिए कोई input नहीं है। हम destination और process समझाते हैं। कौन-सी service contactless है, Aadhaar authentication उपलब्ध है या RTO visit लगेगा—यह state configuration और selected transaction के अनुसार बदल सकता है; current Jharkhand screen को final मानें।
RC application status, receipt और pending payment देखें
Submitted vehicle-service application के लिए Vahan menu में Status या Know Your Application Status option खोलें। Current status screen application number, vehicle registration number और captcha जैसी details माँग सकती है। Acknowledgement से number copy करें और vehicle format सही रखें। Permit application का status अलग permit portal में हो सकता है; vehicle-service application को गलत category में खोजने पर result नहीं मिलेगा।
Result में application date, selected service, current office, pending step और status remark मिल सकते हैं। Submitted, pending at office, document pending, payment pending, approved, dispatched या disposed जैसे labels को remark के साथ पढ़ें। केवल green/red colour देखकर conclusion न लें। Document upload, eSign, appointment, vehicle inspection या RTO verification बाकी हो तो उसी application के action menu और acknowledgement instructions follow करें।
Bank से amount debit हो और Vahan transaction pending दिखे तो तुरंत दोबारा payment न करें। Status area में Re-verify Payment Transactions, Transaction History Report या Reprint Receipt जैसे current options उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं। Application number, bank reference, payment date और amount सुरक्षित रखें। Verification के बाद भी receipt/status न मिले तो official Vahan helpdesk या concerned registering authority को reference के साथ लिखें।
Duplicate RC, ownership transfer और दूसरी RC services
Duplicate RC खोए, नष्ट, फटे या unusable registration certificate के लिए होती है। Parivahan guidance police report/intimation, Form 26, applicable fee और supporting records का उल्लेख करती है; कुछ documents state-specific हो सकते हैं। Vahan में Vehicle Related Services/RC Related Services से exact transaction चुनें और current Jharkhand document list पढ़ें। Local PDF editor से पुरानी RC बदलना या self-made duplicate बनाना valid government record नहीं है।
Ownership transfer में seller और buyer के steps अलग हो सकते हैं। Current Vahan instruction बताती है कि transfer application seller को Transfer of Ownership option से initiate करनी होती है, फिर buyer आगे की process पूरी करता है। Vehicle, owner, buyer, address, insurance, tax/challan और supporting-document information preview में मिलाएँ। OTP केवल registered owner/buyer के official flow में स्वयं भरें; agent को OTP देकर account control न दें।
NOC, hypothecation addition/termination, address change, registration renewal, fitness या vehicle alteration अलग transactions हैं। एक service का document set और fee दूसरी पर लागू न मानें। Current portal documents-to-upload list, state rules और registering authority instructions देखें। Contactless/eKYC mode उपलब्ध होने पर भी हर application automatic approval नहीं होती; non-contactless or inspection-required service में RTO/vehicle visit जरूरी हो सकता है।
Record न मिले, mobile mismatch या गलत detail हो तो
Vehicle record न मिले तो state code, district/RTO code, letters और digits RC से दोबारा मिलाएँ। Old/non-digitised record, migrated registration, recent ownership change या backend update के कारण information delayed हो सकती है। Random नया application बनाकर duplicate record न बनाएँ। Original RC, acknowledgement और available supporting documents के साथ concerned registering authority से record correction/backlog process पूछें।
OTP पुराने mobile पर जा रहा हो तो official Vahan में available mobile-update/authentication flow की instructions पढ़ें। Aadhaar authentication किसी दूसरे व्यक्ति की identity से न करें; portal warning के अनुसार owner से अलग व्यक्ति की Aadhaar authentication application rejection और fee loss का कारण बन सकती है। Full Aadhaar, chassis, engine number, RC QR या OTP public post/support chat में share न करें।
RC detail गलत हो, transfer अटका हो या payment/technical error हो तो official Vahan Contact Us/helpdesk और concerned RTO channel उपयोग करें। Complaint में application number, vehicle number का आवश्यक हिस्सा, date, selected service और error screenshot दें, लेकिन password, OTP, CVV या UPI PIN कभी नहीं। Legal ownership dispute, stolen vehicle, court restriction या deadline वाली स्थिति में competent transport authority या legal advice लें; jharkhand.fun status बदल या RC issue नहीं कर सकता।
