Official eChallan Parivahan portal पर challan, vehicle या DL details से status देखें। jharkhand.fun आपका vehicle number, DL, OTP या payment detail नहीं माँगता।
सही official eChallan page कैसे पहचानें
Jharkhand के traffic/transport challan के लिए official destination echallan.parivahan.gov.in है। Current MoRTH eChallan notice Jharkhand को JH code के साथ NextGen portal पर check/pay किए जाने वाले states में शामिल करती है। Search result, SMS या WhatsApp message से आए link पर vehicle number या payment detail भरने से पहले address bar में यही government domain मिलाएँ। Government logo, challan जैसा PDF या urgent-payment countdown अकेले authenticity का proof नहीं है।
Official portal खुद impersonating websites और mobile apps से सावधान करता है। वह unsolicited call, email, message या link पर password, OTP, payment detail या sensitive personal information माँगने के खिलाफ warning दिखाता है। इसलिए “आज payment नहीं किया तो vehicle seize” जैसे message से सीधे payment न करें। Browser में official URL स्वयं खोलें और challan record खोजें।
jharkhand.fun केवल process समझाता और verified official status page तक link देता है। यहाँ vehicle registration, driving licence, Aadhaar, mobile OTP या card/UPI detail भरने का कोई field नहीं है। Portal का layout बदल जाए तो main official domain से Check Challan Status या Pay Challan option चुनें; किसी look-alike domain पर redirect हो तो transaction रोकें।
Challan number, vehicle number या DL से status देखें
Official Check Pending Challan Status screen challan number, vehicle number या driving-licence number जैसे search modes दे सकती है। Current screen vehicle search में registration date और DL search में date of birth भी माँग सकती है। केवल selected mode की required detail भरें, captcha पूरा करें और Get Detail दबाएँ। Number RC/DL या challan notice से copy करें; letter O और zero, state code तथा hyphen/spacing में गलती result रोक सकती है।
Result table में challan number, RC/DL number, date, amount, status, state, department, location और offence details जैसे fields दिख सकते हैं। Vehicle owner या masked detail अपने record से match न हो तो payment न करें। Pending, disposed/paid, court/virtual-court forwarded या another status का अर्थ अलग हो सकता है; View Details में offence, section, issuing department और location पढ़ें।
“Challan not found” का मतलब हमेशा challan नहीं है, ऐसा final conclusion न लें। Entered number, search mode, state/registration detail और captcha दोबारा जाँचें। हाल का challan sync होने में समय ले सकता है या record अलग department/court workflow में हो सकता है। Physical notice मिला हो तो उस पर issuing authority और reference देखें; official grievance/helpdesk से clarification लें।
Online payment और duplicate-payment से बचाव
Payment केवल official result में सही challan चुनने के बाद शुरू करें। Amount, vehicle/DL, offence और status जाँचें, फिर portal द्वारा दिखाए verification तथा payment flow को follow करें। OTP केवल official authentication/payment screen पर स्वयं भरें। UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV या net-banking password किसी caller, agent या chat support को बताने की जरूरत नहीं होती।
Official eChallan page warning देती है कि Virtual Court भेजे गए challan को eChallan portal पर pay करने का option दिख सकता है, लेकिन वही challan दोनों जगह pay नहीं करना चाहिए। यदि Virtual Court पर payment कर चुके हैं तो eChallan पर duplicate payment न करें; और eChallan पर paid हो तो Virtual Court पर दोबारा न दें। Challan number, platform, transaction ID और receipt मिलाकर status verify करें।
Payment success के बाद receipt, challan number, transaction ID, amount और date save करें। केवल bank debit SMS को final disposal proof न मानें। Official status/pending-transaction page में transaction check करें। Browser back/refresh से payment बार-बार submit न करें। Status pending या failed दिखे तो तुरंत दूसरी payment करने से पहले verification और official help flow उपयोग करें।
Amount कटे, status pending या challan गलत लगे तो
Official portal में Check Pending Transaction/Payment Verification जैसी सुविधा challan number या vehicle number से transaction खोजने और reference verify करने के लिए उपलब्ध है। Amount debit हुआ लेकिन success receipt नहीं मिली तो bank reference तथा challan number सुरक्षित रखें, pending status check करें और current portal instruction follow करें। Duplicate debit हो तो दोनों transaction IDs के साथ written complaint करें।
Wrong vehicle, offence, place, amount या already-paid status dispute हो तो Raise Grievance option उपयोग करें। Current grievance form challan, vehicle/DL, state/city/location और issue description माँग सकती है तथा supporting image allow कर सकती है। केवल necessary evidence upload करें; public social media पर full DL, RC, Aadhaar या payment screenshot न डालें। Grievance acknowledgement save करें।
Technical issue के लिए contact detail official eChallan page के footer/contact section से लें, क्योंकि phone/email समय के साथ बदल सकते हैं। Search-engine listing या forwarded poster के customer-care number पर भरोसा न करें। Challan legal dispute, court deadline या licence/vehicle consequence की स्थिति में issuing department, traffic authority या competent legal advice लें; jharkhand.fun status बदल, challan cancel या refund process नहीं कर सकता।
