Portal Finder को सुरक्षित तरीके से use करें
Search box में certificate, JSSC, scholarship, land, ration, bijli, licence, RC, challan, voter या PIN जैसे काम का नाम लिखें। Matching card official domain, उस portal का मुख्य काम और verified destination button दिखाता है। Search इसी loaded page पर browser में होता है; लिखा keyword jharkhand.fun server पर submit या save नहीं होता।
Card खोलने के बाद address bar फिर जाँचें, क्योंकि official portal login/payment flow में दूसरे government subdomain पर redirect कर सकता है। Government logo या familiar colour अकेला proof नहीं है। Unexpected APK, remote-screen app, personal UPI, browser certificate warning या OTP माँगने वाला caller दिखे तो process रोकें और Finder से official homepage दोबारा खोलें।
कौन-सी service किस portal पर है
JharSewa certificate services और application tracking के लिए है; Jharbhoomi land records के लिए; Jharnibandhan deed/property registration के लिए; Aahar ration-card reports के लिए; JBVNL electricity account/payment के लिए; Sarathi driving-licence और Vahan vehicle-RC workflows के लिए हैं। eChallan और ECI Voters portal अलग services हैं। एक portal की login detail दूसरे portal में न डालें।
Jobs और education में JSSC, JPSC, Jharkhand Police, JAC, JEPC, e-Kalyan और Guruji Student Credit Card के separate official destinations हैं। Advertisement, result, scholarship session या application window का current status उसी portal के latest notice से तय करें। Finder सिर्फ सही starting point देता है; vacancy, eligibility, approval या deadline की guarantee नहीं देता।
Sensitive details कहाँ भरें और कहाँ नहीं
Aadhaar, certificate number, vehicle number, consumer number, application reference, bank detail, password और OTP केवल उस काम के official portal पर भरें। Finder में कोई personal-data field नहीं है। Browser autofill किसी search box में sensitive value सुझाए तो उसे select न करें; search के लिए केवल service keyword पर्याप्त है।
Shared phone/cyber cafe में official work पूरा होने पर logout करें, downloaded certificates/receipts हटाएँ और print queue जाँचें। Payment receipt, submitted form और acknowledgement की secure copy अपने पास रखें। किसी agent को original password या unrestricted device access देना fast approval का valid तरीका नहीं है।
Link बदल जाए या portal न खुले तो क्या करें
Government portals maintenance, traffic या migration के कारण अस्थायी रूप से न खुलें तो repeated payment/application submit न करें। कुछ समय बाद official state homepage या department page से destination verify करें। Third-party mirror, cached form या search ad में sensitive details न डालें। Broken official destination report करने के लिए jharkhand.fun contact page use कर सकते हैं।
